Agreement To These Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of newgreenlandscaping.org (the “Site”), operated by New Green Landscaping of Houston, Texas (“New Green,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Quotes, Estimates And Services

Requesting a quote through the Site, by phone or by text does not create a contract. Information on the Site about our services, materials, timelines and availability is general and may change.

• Quotes and estimates depend on the details of your property and the scope of work. They are not binding until you and New Green agree to the work in writing or by another method we confirm.
• Scheduling can be affected by weather, ground conditions, permits, material availability and other factors outside our control.
• Once you approve a project, the specific scope, schedule, payment terms and any warranty will be set out in the service agreement or proposal for that job. If it conflicts with these Terms, the service agreement controls for that work.

Intellectual Property

The Site, including its text, design, photographs, logos, graphics and code, belongs to New Green Landscaping or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You may view and share links to the Site. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works from our content without our written permission.

“New Green Landscaping” and our logo are marks of our business. Other names and logos on the Site belong to their respective owners.

Information You Send Us

When you send us a message, photos or other information, you confirm that it is accurate and that you have the right to share it. You allow us to use it to respond to you, prepare quotes and perform requested work. How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Links And Services

The Site links to and embeds services we do not control, including our quote form from Cognito Forms and pages on Google and Facebook. We are not responsible for their content, practices or availability. Using them is subject to their own terms and policies.

Disclaimers

We work to keep the Site accurate and available, but it is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not make warranties of any kind about the Site, express or implied, including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.
